Please be advised that starting from 16 March 2015, cash payments for American Express Cards will no longer be accepted* at Bank Audi branches across Lebanon.

 

* Bank Audi will continue to accept cash payments until 15 March 2015 in accordance with their internal compliance rules and applicable laws, regulations and standards.

 

1. In Person

  • BLOM Bank - Cardmembers are now able to pay their monthly bill at any of the 72 branches of BLOM bank in Lebanon using only cheque.

2. Direct Debit

Charge Cardmembers: Please complete a Direct Debit Mandate Form provided by American Express and have it signed by your Bank. This service is available from all banks in Lebanon.

Credit Cardmembers: Please complete a Direct Debit Mandate Form provided by American Express and have it signed by your Bank. This service is available for Credit Cards provided you set up the option with your bank to pay either the minimum 5% of your outstanding balance each month or the full outstanding balance

3. Online Payment

If you hold a bank account with Bank Audi, you can also settle your monthly bill quickly and easily online through the Bank Audi website: https://audionline.bankaudi.com.lb

4. By Post

Send us a cheque (along with the Payment Slip at the bottom of your Card Statement). Remember to write your Account Number on the front of your cheque and please allow a minimum of 7 working days for payment to reach us. Send your cheque to:

  • Do not send cash
  • Please write your Account Number and address on the front of all cheques
  • Do not post date your check. It will be deposited upon receipt
  • Please prepare one cheque per account
  • Do not staple, clip or tape your cheque to the envelope
  • Insert payment in a stamped standard envelope
  • Do not send correspondence to this payment address

 

5. By Wire Transfer

Please call the number on the back of your Card and one of our  24/7 Customer Services Agents will assist you with the necessary bank account information for paying through a wire transfer.
