Document submission instructions for Cardmembers residing in the UAE
Dear Cardmember, if a protective block has been placed on your American Express Card(s), you can unblock your Card(s) by providing us with the copies of following documents:
- Vaild Emirates ID
- Salary Certificate from Employer that is less than 30 days old (If you are Employed).
- Last 3 months personal (i.e. not a company’s) bank statements (If you are Self-Employed).
- Completed UAE Credit Bureau Consent Form. Please click here to download the form.
When doing so, please ensure that you include your ‘Reference Number’ that was displayed on the Letter and Email that was sent to your attention.
