ENJOY PEACE OF MIND WITH DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS

 

As an American Express Cardmember, you can now settle your Monthly Statement of Account with maximum ease and peace of mind through our Direct Debit Payment Service, now available through all banks in Bahrain.

Once you set up your Direct Debit instructions, your monthly Card payments will be made automatically all year round - so Card payments are never forgotten or delayed.

Signing up is simple – all you need to do is complete a Direct Debit Registration Form* and send it to our office in Al Moayyed Tower, Seef District. In doing so, please note the following instructions: 

  • Direct Debit instructions can only be set up with Bank Accounts denominated in BHD
  • One form must be submitted for each American Express Card you hold and include a unique ‘Reference Number*’ for each of your Card(s)(for Personal Cards only). * To know your reference code, call our 24/7 Customer Services number on the back of your Card.
  • Each form you submit must be accompanied by a copy of your smart card as well as your IBAN details, and your full name as per your bank’s records.
  • Only forms with a physical signature will be accepted.
