Settling Your Account
For your convenience you can choose from a number of ways to settle your Account.
By Direct Debit*
This method is the easiest and offers you peace of mind.
If your Platinum Card Account is set up on Direct Debit through your bank, settlement of your monthly balance is governed by the following procedure.
The financial institution issuing your Platinum Card will receive total charges on your Platinum Card Account and they’ll settle the charges in full on your behalf, provided there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the amount due.

By Mail
Using a local currency cheque or US Dollar bank draft drawn on a US Bank. Please make cheques payable to American Express, write your Platinum Card Account Number on the front of the cheque and send it along with Advice in the envelope provided. Do not mail cash.
In Person
For your convenience, you may settle your Platinum Card Account at the American Express Representative Office nearest to you. Cash payments or cheques are accepted in local currency and US Dollars (subject to Government regulations).

If you’re travelling, or wish to pay your bills through wire transfer, please use the following details:

Please note:
The above account is a US Dollar account. Kindly ensure that the transfer amount allows for any applicable transfer or conversion fees as part of the total amount you are sending to settle your Card payment, so that your payment covers the full amount due to avoid Late Payment Fees.
